1. SHIPPING

1.1. Processing time - the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

1.2. Customs and import taxes - buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

2.1. Buyers can make their payment via Paypal or with a credit card via Blue Media S.A. Paypal and Blue Media S.A. keep your payment information secure. We do not receive your credit card information.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

3.1. We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

3.2. We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

3.3. We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3.4. Conditions of return - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3.5. The ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers...) has been developed by the European Commission and is a requirement of the Regulations for Consumer Disputes.  The platform is an online tool that will allow consumers to make a complaint against a trader where goods or services have been bought online.  The complaint that is submitted by the consumer will be dealt with by an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
